Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Representative is responsible for managing and growing a deposit book of business. This role leads the development, delivery, and support of treasury solutions for business clients in their territory, with a focus on deposit growth, fee income, customer retention, and operational efficiency. The Treasury Management Representative serves as the primary subject matter expert on treasury products, partners closely with Commercial Bankers, and ensures the function operates in alignment with the bank’s overall sales strategy for their territory.

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deposit Growth: This position is responsible for aggressive deposit growth in their territory. Proactive outreach to both customers and non-customers to acquire new deposit business and cross sell current customers.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive fee income and core deposit growth through proactive promotion and implementation of treasury services.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Commercial Lending and Business Banking teams to identify Treasury opportunities, support client acquisition, and deliver customized treasury solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead resource for business clients’ treasury needs, providing consultation, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Product Management: Maintain and recommend pricing structure updates that adapt to market conditions, competition, and the Bank’s goals.
  • Employee Training: Educate and train employees and clients on existing and new Treasury Management services.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all treasury products and services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls. Ensure products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials, agreements, applications and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, client experience, and risk management.
Requirements

  Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proven track record of driving results in a sales-oriented environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management, Business Banking, or Commercial Banking.
  • 2 years of sales experience driving profitable growth.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role preferred with local travel to client sites as needed. A Hybrid arrangement may also be considered.
  • Requires occasional evening or early morning meetings for client support or training.
