Description
BKG is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team and be an integral member of our food scarcity program. This position will be hybrid remote. It is a full-time role, Monday through Friday. This position comes with health, dental, and vision benefits, an optional 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.
Salary: $20-24/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verifying member eligibility
- Providing outreach for members
- Documenting requests with vendors and members
- Responsible for ensuring fulfillment and delivery to members
- Tracking daily interactions via telephone and internet and updating tracking accordingly.
Requirements
- High level of knowledge and comfort level with Excel
- Knowledge of Sharepoint
- Associate degree required in business or related field
- Must have high-speed home internet
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
