Member Support Specialist - Hybrid in Indiana presso Professional Management Enterprises

Description

BKG is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team and be an integral member of our food scarcity program. This position will be hybrid remote. It is a full-time role, Monday through Friday. This position comes with health, dental, and vision benefits, an optional 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.

Salary: $20-24/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for verifying member eligibility
• Providing outreach for members
• Documenting requests with vendors and members
• Responsible for ensuring fulfillment and delivery to members
• Tracking daily interactions via telephone and internet and updating tracking accordingly.

Requirements

• High level of knowledge and comfort level with Excel
• Knowledge of Sharepoint
• Associate degree required in business or related field
• Must have high-speed home internet
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
