Position Summary:
Plasma-Therm is seeking a Warehouse Kitting Specialist to support our production operations by accurately assembling and delivering parts kits for manufacturing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our assembly and production teams receive the right components, in the right quantities, at the right time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy and efficiency in warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and kit parts and materials from warehouse inventory based on production work orders and bills of materials (BOMs).. 
• Verify accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and lot/serial numbers before releasing kits to production. 
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams to resolve shortages, substitutions, or discrepancies. 
• Ensure all kitted materials are packaged, labeled, and staged properly for timely transfer to manufacturing areas. 
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP system, including issuing materials and updating stock levels. 
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities to ensure warehouse accuracy. 
• Follow and promote safety, 5S, and quality standards in all warehouse activities. 
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse functions as needed to support team operations.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.  
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, materials, or manufacturing environment.  
• Prior experience with kitting, inventory management, or production support preferred.  
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems required (experience with manufacturing ERP systems a plus).  
• Ability to read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and work orders.  
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.  
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
