What you'll do

- Supports Customer Product partnership initiatives including development of execution plans, integrated timelines and managing project deliverables.
- Manages strategy, negotiations, and relationships with in-flight partners with the objective of creating points of product differentiation and revenue opportunity and/or cost savings.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams – including Finance, Procurement, Technical Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing and Brand to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day decision making.
- Serve as the Customer Experience (CX) liaison, driving the integration of enterprise-wide strategic partnerships into key inflight customer journey touchpoints.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on partnership revenue streams; identifies and pursues new sponsorship opportunities to drive incremental revenue while enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist in negotiations for the next-generation inflight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) products, ensuring they enhance and align with overall customer experience goals and brand standards.
- Conducts benchmarking and develops forecasts to inform and optimize partner related strategies and initiatives.
- Be able to demonstrate agility and proactive problem solving by taking on evolving responsibilities to support the success of strategic partnerships.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Brand Management, Customer Experience, or other relevant experience that involve relationship building and cross functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to develop PowerPoint presentations for all levels of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Background in marketing strategy or customer experience, with proven ability to translate commercial goals to impactful customer touchpoints.
- Experience developing and managing brand sponsorships or strategic partnerships.

- Self-motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence who can work independently to drive for results.
- Strategic thinker that excels at thinking outside-the-box, while always keeping the customer’s needs in mind.
- Proven financial and analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, developing detailed logical analysis, and solving problems creatively.
- Familiarity with partnership marketing concepts or account management support a plus.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate proficiently with all levels of management and with external suppliers, and quickly develop relationships. Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, while handling a variety of projects concurrently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
