What will you do as a Culture and Community Engagement Manager?


The Culture and Community Engagement Manager will oversee facility administration while leading initiatives that strengthen our presence and partnerships within our facility and the local community. This unique role ensures our physical spaces are welcoming, safe, and functional, while also serving as a hub for meaningful community engagement. Additionally, the Culture and Community Engagement Manager is expected to live and demonstrate the Company’s Culture while being a servant leader within the company and the communities we serve. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Building Management

  • Oversee day-to-day campus administration duties, including maintaining office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations related to campus administration
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and budget tracking for campus administration expenses
  • Assist with space planning and office moves, including coordination and documentation
  • Manage daily cash room & deposits, as well as communications with the bank.
  • Oversee changer fund, transactions, reporting and replenishment.
  • Coordinate & manage donations & special events.
  • Manage the EOM process and equipment service tickets process in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee telephone communications for sales center.
  • Manage and track telephone issues.
  • Oversee walk-in traffic, mail processing and performance of clerical support services for Sales Center.
  • Manage office & cash room equipment within the Division.
  • Perform or coordinate executive assistant functions for the Sales Center managers such as handling confidential mail and communications and any other sensitive matters needing special handling.
  • Oversee accounts receivable & driver paperwork file.

Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and civic groups
  • Plan and execute campus tours, community events, volunteer initiatives, and outreach programs
  • Promote the organization’s core values through external partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement with strategic goals
  • Track and report on engagement metrics and impact

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in building operations, community engagement, or program management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.
  • Work involves walking, talking and hearing using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminals.


PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

  • Ear plugs, Hairnet, and high vis clothing when in the manufacturing and warehouse spaces.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment in operation.
  • Typical hours of the position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required on occasion.
  • Some travel may be required
