Technical Analyst Intern bei RELEX Solutions

As a Technical Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create and support integrations between our customers and our applications
• Troubleshoot integrations and system performance issues using server level logs and aggregation tools
• Make recommendations for project methodology adjustments
• Create documentation and best practices for implementing our new product areas
• Work with implementations directly related to top retailers in the Americas

We're looking for someone with:

• Relevant work or coursework experience in computer science, information technology, or similar background
• Experience in Java, SQL, Python, or other similar languages is a bonus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand Supply Chain Management and other retail planning systems from an IT perspectives
• Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest continuous improvement and skill building
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach to taking on new challenges and expanding your horizons
• Familiarity with databases, UI based configuration, software development and console scripting
• Ability to work in our Midtown office up to 4 days/week

Internship Details:

• The program will begin in May of 2026 and will last for 10-14 weeks, depending on your schedule and availability, with the opportunity to extend.
• This will be a paid internship. The hourly rate will range from $25-30/hr.
• You will be given a laptop to use for the duration of the internship.
• You will work alongside a Technical Consultant in our office in Midtown.

• 15 minutes knowledge assessment quiz
• 15-minute phone call with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews/answer any questions you may have
• 90-minute onsite interview – at our office in Colony Square
