Responsibilities:

1. Comply with all policies and procedures
2. Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Work as a tea
5. Must follow direction of the immediate Supervisor.
6. Follow all quality guidelines & preventative maintenance
7. Responsible for final assembly and tuning of chimes
8. Rough tune on saw and assemble according to specification and final tuning specifications
9. Set up work area with all parts necessary to final assemble and tune chime
10. Responsible for assembling light component parts, including bar string operation and subassemblies using hand or air tools.
11. Set up work area with component parts and subassemblies 
12. Responsible for quality and quantity of work to meet product demands and specifications
13. Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards.
14. May be called upon to perform other production duties as determined by the Company.

Qualifications:

1. Must have excellent hearing and understand musical scale to check and balance instruments during the tuning process
2. Must be able to interpret, read, and follow verbal and written instructions without assistance.
3. Must be able to read, interpret, and understand product specifications.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on working in a team environment
6. Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
7. Frequent bending/stooping, squatting/crouching is require
8. Walking and standing; frequent reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling
9. Excellent hearing capability
10. Able to perform highly repetitive work cycles
11. Manual dexterity
