Responsibilities:
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Work as a tea
- Must follow direction of the immediate Supervisor.
- Follow all quality guidelines & preventative maintenance
- Responsible for final assembly and tuning of chimes
- Rough tune on saw and assemble according to specification and final tuning specifications
- Set up work area with all parts necessary to final assemble and tune chime
- Responsible for assembling light component parts, including bar string operation and subassemblies using hand or air tools.
- Set up work area with component parts and subassemblies
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work to meet product demands and specifications
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards.
- May be called upon to perform other production duties as determined by the Company.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent hearing and understand musical scale to check and balance instruments during the tuning process
- Must be able to interpret, read, and follow verbal and written instructions without assistance.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and understand product specifications.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on working in a team environment
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Frequent bending/stooping, squatting/crouching is require
- Walking and standing; frequent reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling
- Excellent hearing capability
- Able to perform highly repetitive work cycles
- Manual dexterity
