Responsibilities:

1. Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met. 
2. Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Ability to operate powerful table saws properly and safely.
5. Set up and operate sanders, routers, and palm sander.
6. Must be able to finish drum shells to produce high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to read and use measuring devices as required.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
2. Basic computer skills required.
3. Ability to work with others in a team environment
4. Maintain regular attendance.
5. Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
6. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
7. Requires frequent bending, reaching, lifting, repetitive motions, twisting, stooping, turning, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
8. Work is performed in-doors.
