IT Desktop Support 1 Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support via phone, ticketing system, and in person
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics of desktop hardware and software
• Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and standard applications
• Deliver introductory training to end users (e.g., email setup, printing)
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or appropriate technical teams
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system

Experience and Other Requirements

• 0–2 years of desktop support experience
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
• Strong oral communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (per ITAR regulations)
