We’re excited to share we’re actively seeking a highly organized and proactive high potential future leader to support our CFO and B2B leadership team. This role blends project management, business improvement and cross-functional coordination. You’ll be the go-to person for creating impactful analysis and communication, driving initiatives forward and ensuring alignment across teams to solve a wide and diverse range of business problems. This is an important & critical role for someone looking to further develop a career in dairy sales, marketing or operations.

Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington. What You Will Do:

  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Project manage selected key business initiatives.
  • Prepare executive materials analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Draft presentations, reports and internal communications.
  • Develop meeting agendas, operate the management system and follow-ups for B2B & CFO leads.
  • Assist with data gathering and analysis for business reviews.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools.
  • Ensure progress on key initiatives by coordinating meetings, updates on deliverables & communication to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity across departments.

 What You Will Bring:

  • 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, executive support or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in science/engineering/finance/business or similar.
  • Experience in B2B environments or dairy/food manufacturing is preferred.

  • Compensation range: $85,592 - $128,388 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills)
