Internship Summary:

The Lafayette 148 internship program provides rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience working at a luxury fashion brand. This PR & Styling internship offers exposure to both brand communications and fashion styling, giving interns a full-spectrum understanding of how creative and marketing efforts come together. Interns will gain hands-on learning, mentorship, and meaningful exposure to executive leaders while working 100% in-person at our headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the PR, Marketing, and Social Media teams.
• Assist with the creation of marketing tools, social campaigns, and influencer outreach.
• Maintain social media trackers, pull analytics reports, and support content scheduling.
• Help manage influencer lists, communications, and event prep materials.
• Support the in-house stylist with fittings, photoshoots, sample trafficking, and asset organization.

Desired Background

• Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior) or recently graduated, with a focus in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, PR, or social media is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe programs preferred.
• Familiar with Instagram and other major social media platforms.
• Team-oriented, flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Passion for global luxury fashion, styling, and consumer experience.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position in New York City is $18.00 hourly; base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
