*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.
MyMove helps millions of movers navigate the process of relocation every year. Our partnership with USPS puts us at the center of the Change of Address process - a critical component of every move. In this Director of Product role, you’ll own a critical piece: helping users succeed in their early moving decisions through perfectly-timed partnerships and guidance.
Lead 4-5 high-potential individuals (PM and PM-adjacent) to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for key MyMove experiences. They will also navigate complex partnerships including the USPS, where core experiences live on their site within branding constraints and privacy regulations. Additionally, they'll perfect the art of surfacing partner offers at precisely the right moments - turning potential interruptions into genuinely helpful resources.
What You'll Do:
Own Product Strategy & Execution
- Define vision and multi-quarter strategy for your product area, keeping the “why” clear
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmap, sequencing for maximum impact
- Navigate the unique constraints of building experiences on USPS.com while maintaining quality
- Think in platforms - connect use cases into scalable solutions across multiple environments
Navigate Complex Partnerships
- Partner extremely closely with USPS on Change of Address - a cornerstone of every move
- Build exceptional experiences within regulatory and technical constraints
- Serve as point person across dozens of internal and external partner teams contributing to Movers experience
- Ensure every integration adds value at the right time, never disrupts the journey
Drive Through Evidence
- Run evidence guided development with rigorous A/B testing across owned and partner properties
- Get the data you need from complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Conduct user research with Design, creating differentiated solutions within constraints
- Balance experiment velocity with signal quality
Build Your Team
- Mentor and develop a 4-5 person product team to operate with clarity, speed, and accountability
- Foster culture of clarity, speed, and learning
- Provide direct feedback and growth paths
- Cultivate accountability across hybrid environment
Lead Cross-Functionally
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, Partnerships, Advertising and Finance
- Navigate government stakeholder relationships alongside commercial partners
- Influence and align leadership (VP+) around unified vision
- Simplify ambiguity, unblock execution, deliver results
How We Measure Success
- Adoption and engagement on core journeys including Change of Address
- Retention lift and user success metrics
- Experiment velocity and signal quality across owned and partner properties
- Roadmap delivery against quarterly objectives
- Partnership integration milestones, including USPS deliverables
- Business outcomes including revenue - as byproduct of user value
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- 8+ years product management, majority in consumer/marketplace products
- 2+ years managing teams of 4+, with proven talent development
- Strong product taste and UX craft - able to excel within constraints
- Deep technical fluency with solid grasp of software development lifecycle
- Experience shipping products with complex external partners
- Proven strategy-to-execution ownership for large product area
- Cross-functional leadership experience, comfortable with VP+ engagement
- Driver mindset - bias to action, simplifies ambiguity, delivers
Should Have:
- Experience with regulated or constrained partnership environments
- Platform thinking for internal/external scale
- Experience at 5M+ user scale
- Strong execution muscle for hands-on work when needed
Nice to Have:
- Partnership experience in regulated industries (such as government, healthcare or finance)
- AI/ML application in consumer products, LLM prototyping
- Advertising ecosystem exposure

Compensation:
- Cash Compensation Range: $145,000 - $236,000 per year
- Enrollment in our Long Term Incentive Plan (Equity)
