Job Summary

Under the direction of the Finance and Budget Director, the Confidential Administrative Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative and fiscal support that enhances the overall efficiency of the Business Services Department. Proficient and highly skilled in both Microsoft Office and the full Google Suite, this position ensures seamless collaboration, precise documentation, and optimized workflows across multiple platforms, including but not limited to contracts, facility use agreements, and risk management. In addition to managing multiple projects and preparing polished correspondence on behalf of the Finance and Budget Director and the department, the Confidential Administrative Assistant actively identifies opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen organization, and improve day-to-day operations. Exercising a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and adaptability, this role serves as a trusted partner in advancing the department’s financial and operational goals while driving continuous improvement.
