Packaging Support bei Wysocki Family Farms

Position Summary:

Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Packaging Support team member. This role plays a vital part in supporting machine operations and ensuring our packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to assist with equipment resets, monitor product quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with resetting and starting machines

• Remove product from conveyor systems as needed

• Adjust product weight on the line under operator guidance

• Set up packaging materials for daily operation

• Prepare and set up tanks to ensure product meets quality standards

• Communicate any machine or product quality issues to the supervisor promptly

• Provide backup support in the finished goods cooler, following all food safety protocols

• Participate in safety programs, including Lead Safe Program

• Follow all company food safety and safety guidelines consistently

• Perform grading tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
