Job Purpose:
Servers will provide exceptional personalized experiences to every guest every time. The main responsibility of a server is to extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that is provided to each of our guests. The Server is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests.  It is important that the Server can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The Server must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards.

Duties:

• Providing exceptional guest service

• Responsible to meet all Health Department regulations and maintain standards

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant

• Assist team members if needed

• Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of serving experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant

• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace

• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs

• Excellent customer service skills
