Description
The Business & Financial Analyst will leverage Thomas Eye Group’s enterprise data architecture to deliver faster, more accurate reporting and enable improved forecasting across the organization. This role will design and maintain dashboards in Power BI, integrate data from ModMed, NetSuite, and Paycom using Alteryx and Azure Data Lake, and provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support. The analyst will work closely with finance, operations, and clinical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights are available to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Required Minimum Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
- Strong background in Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with financial and clinical systems such as ModMed, NetSuite ERP, and Paycom.
- FP&A experience including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- SQL/data manipulation skills preferred.
