RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the team in all aspects of project execution including underwriting, feasibility study, financial analysis, modeling, financing, negotiation of terms, asset management, and dispositions.

  • Maintain the proforma. Make changes and updates as needed to maintain good working order and accurate project returns.

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and schedules for development projects.

  • Schedule and attend Development team meetings and participate in discussion related to project underwriting, development pipeline and comparable projects.

  • Extract key metrics from Offering Memorandums and other sources.  Compile data into database for access by the Development team.

  • Assemble presentations and assist in the presentation of project business plans (PowerPoint format)

  • Assemble presentations and assist in the presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior leadership and investment committees.

  • Create and maintain regional project database reports.

  • Create and maintain regional competitive sales and rent reports.

  • Prepare reports incorporating marketing, financing and construction input on progress as well as cost and schedule issues.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports to update financial partners on activities and budgets that affect the project.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting key construction milestone dates and contract deadlines.

  • Assist in the administration of project contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal Link Logistics functional resources, including Legal, Accounting and Risk Management as well as other portfolio companies, including LivCor, EQ Office, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • BBA, BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines preferred.

  • Strong academic record

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus (AE) preferred

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts used to evaluate investments, such as simple cash flow analyses, time value of money, return on investment, etc.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-motivation, determination and initiative in a team environment

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment

$100,000 - $110,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
