Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary based on current rotation and assigned project(s), and typically include:
- Supporting sales initiatives by assisting with advisor outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities
- Collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and enhance the overall advisor experience
- Conducting basic data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth
- Helping troubleshoot advisor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Contributing to reporting efforts, tracking performance metrics and preparing summaries for leadership
Required Qualifications
Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
Graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026
Demonstrated leadership experience
Commitment to complete the full 18-month Leadership Development Program
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a commitment to ethical sales practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple advisor interactions and priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership to support sales goals and advisor needs
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite to track leads, prepare presentations, and analyze sales data
