The candidate will be agile in applying their knowledge of marketing channels and integrated marketing campaigns to support marketing strategy, marketing operations, content management, sales enablement, marketing analytics, and commercial (B2B) marketing journeys.
Responsible for effectively managing the marketing process for each campaign with all key stakeholders for commercial marketing projects including marketing operations and project management; leveraging marketing technology resources; governance; compliance; process management and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Marketing project management in direct partnership with the Commercial marketing strategist from inception, starting with a debrief to discuss purpose and measures of success for the campaign, as well as detailed deliverables, dates and review/ approval workflow.
- Create the marketing brief and schedule internal kick-off within the team, and obtain agreement on all deliverables, timelines and colleague involvement within Marketing
- Input and tracking of project and campaign progress in marketing operations system including task owners, SLAs, and approvals
- Manage intake process for business requests such as sponsorship ads, invitations, print jobs, sales sheet updates, annual audit marketing asset updates, and other requests.
- Oversee the proper execution of all marketing elements with channel managers and stakeholders for campaigns to completion while following audit trail for review and approval by Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage Sourcing and Invoicing for campaigns within the commercial marketing team
- Management of marketing campaign portfolio and commercial marketing campaign calendar.
Marketing Management
- Manage B2B multi-channel programs with deep understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, display, website) and demonstrated experience driving business growth.
- Contribute and support content strategy, support the development of creative assets and the deployment of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Execute on the creating and editing of marketing collateral including sales literature, presentations, website updates, newsletters and email campaigns
- Adaptable to fast-paced, multi-tasking marketing team. Be aware of the latest marketing trends to be agile and contribute to successful attainment of business objectives.
Marketing Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Review Process & Documentation
- Document marketing governance policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure they are communicated and adhered to by the commercial marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Bank Verticals, and IT to ensure marketing is aligned with overall business objectives, while also complying with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with content audits and collateral updates with responsibility of meeting financial, marketing, regulatory, legal, operational, product, projects, and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining all marketing communications and content documentation and for providing reports and samples for all internal and external audits, legal and compliance reviews.
Education, Skills & Experience:
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Financial Services experience preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, or a related field,
- Knowledge of marketing best practices, industry trends, and governance standards.
- Experience with marketing operations tools (e.g. Workfront) as a project management tool and Admin knowledge preferred
- Experience with Sales Enablement systems (e.g. Seismic) and Admin knowledge preferred
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM(Salesforce), and analytics tools, while also maintaining data privacy and security. Knowledge of marketing design applications (Adobe) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive business results, while also ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple areas of the bank
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while also explaining governance policies and regulations to non-experts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with governance policies and regulations.
- The estimated salary range for this position is $90,700.00 USD to $95,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
