As the foundation of our department, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, providing exceptional service while conducting in-depth research on corporate structures and affiliations. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international business and legal frameworks while contributing to a high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct corporate and conflicts database research to identify potential conflicts of interest for new clients, business, and firm new joiners to include lateral partner and counsel candidates
- Maintain and update the firm’s conflicts of interest database
- Research corporate histories and affiliations of clients and related parties
- Respond to internal requests for conflict searches from attorneys and business services staff
- Support the resolution and clearance of conflicts issues alongside managers and analysts
- Assist with a variety of research projects and administrative tasks
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Participate in the firm’s Global Citizenship program

- Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to understand the “why”
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or internship setting preferred
- Demonstrated experience with database or academic research
Work Hours
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
