🛎️ Food Runner – Winter 2025/2026

Location: Brian Head Resort | Department: Food & Beverage
Type: Seasonal | Start Date: November 2025 | End Date: April 2026

Fast, friendly, and ready to deliver the flavor on the mountain? 

As a food runner at the Last Chair Grill, you’ll be the key link between the kitchen and our guests - delivering hot meals, answering questions, and keeping service stations clean and organized.  Whether you’re rushing trays to tables or helping the team behind the scenes, this is a fast-paced role that plays a big part in keeping things moving on the mountain. 

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver prepared food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Confirm that meals are complete, correct, and presented properly.
• Communicate clearly with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station.
• Help clear and reset tables when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Can work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
• Can sit for long periods and can lift 50 + lbs.
• Previous food service experience - preferred, not required.
• Has or has the ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit/ServSafe.
