Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is essential to keeping orders moving smoothly through our production and fulfillment process. Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pull, prepare, and stage products for decoration and shipping.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Support other departments (embroidery, screen print, web stores) as needed.
• Occasionally assist with local deliveries or pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with good communication skills.
