Role

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Director of Food & Beverage – Americas to oversee Aman’s Food and Beverage operations across the region, including the Caribbean and Mexico.

This pivotal role is responsible for aligning property-level operations with Aman’s global Food and Beverage strategy, driving financial performance, elevating guest experiences, and shaping innovative culinary journeys. The successful candidate will balance strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight, working closely with property teams, corporate stakeholders, and owners to deliver experiences that embody Aman’s uncompromising standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Food and Beverage operations across the Americas, ensuring service, operational, and culinary excellence in line with Aman’s brand standards.

  • Implement region-specific culinary concepts that reflect the cultural richness of the region while reinforcing Aman’s global DNA.

  • Lead financial planning for regional Food and Beverage, implementing strategies to drive revenue, manage costs, and deliver sustainable profitability.

  • Mentor and inspire property-level Food and Beverage leaders, building a robust talent pipeline and fostering cross-property knowledge-sharing.

  • Partner with Marketing, Design, Technical Services, Human Resources, and other corporate functions to ensure seamless Food and Beverage integration across properties.

  • Champion local sourcing, sustainability, and partnerships that reflect Aman’s cultural authenticity and commitment to communities.

  • Support implementation of Food and Beverage concept development and pre-opening planning for new projects in the Americas region.

  • Introduce innovative culinary and beverage programs that position Aman as a global leader in ultra-luxury hospitality.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-property role within luxury hospitality.

  • Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse, multicultural teams across multiple geographies.

  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering profitability and Return on Investment.

  • Deep knowledge of the Americas region, including cultural, regulatory, and culinary landscapes.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for innovation, food & beverage trends, and curating extraordinary guest experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or related field (professional certifications in wine, mixology, food safety, or leadership are an advantage).
