Role Detail
Reporting to the Director of Communications, Global, this role is central to how we communicate and engage across the firm during a period of exciting transformation. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering clear, engaging, and measurable change communication strategies and tactical plans that support our client strategy and key projects across the firm.
For the duration of the 15mth parental leave cover, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and project leads to bring change to life in a way that resonates and delivers results.
With a balanced approach to WFH, and flexibility to be Sydney or Melbourne based, key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering change communication strategies using best-practice principles
- Planning and implementing communication and engagement activities that support strategic transformation goals
- Developing multi-channel communications campaigns (including video, animated posters, talking points, newsletters and more) that drive real, lasting behaviour change
- Creating visually engaging materials that bring key messages to life
- Maintaining a strategic communications calendar and ensuring regular, aligned messaging across all channels
- Partnering with stakeholders to co-design effective engagement plans
- Managing the firm’s channel and messaging matrix to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
- Tracking and measuring campaign reach, engagement and behavioural impact
About You
You will bring an excellence without arrogance attitude and join a team that supports by reflex – Your ability to adapt change communication strategies to meet the needs of a diverse workforce will set you up for success, however your point of difference will be your collaborative approach and reputation built on trust.
You will also need:
- Proven experience in change communications, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills—you’re confident collaborating across all levels of the firm
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
- To be a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to deliver day-to-day content and campaigns
- Experience with Canva (or similar tools) to produce polished and creative communications
- A good understanding of change management frameworks, particularly ADKAR
- Strong organisational and planning skills—you’ll manage multiple projects, channels and timelines.
