Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in logistics or multimodal transportation.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations, especially for multimodal transport.
- Strong understanding of contract logistics and commercial management principles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze logistics data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of business development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning and managing logistics projects with cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and adaptability, especially in dynamic or high-pressure environments
