We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. If you’ve spent the past 1–2 years running paid media campaigns (bonus points if it’s in entertainment) and you get excited about helping independent films break through the noise, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll do more than just manage ads, you’ll be ensuring our campaigns run with precision, budgets are maximized for impact, and delivering successful, high-impact advertising initiatives that effectively highlight our films to the appropriate audiences.

What You’ll Do
- Media Buying
- Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads (at least one platform required; familiarity with more is a plus).
- Able to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns under guidance, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Budget Tracking
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring meticulous tracking, and precision for spend, billing and invoicing.
- Comfortable handling numbers and ensuring reports match actual spend.
- Spreadsheet Proficiency
- Build and maintain error-free reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas), adeptly creating formulas and templates to enhance data interpretation and campaign reporting.
- Asset Management
- Manage the flow of creative assets: ensure correct specs, upload to platforms, and distribute to multiple media partners on time.
- Keep files and trackers organized to prevent delays or mix-ups.
- Learning & Innovation
- Stay curious and up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices.
- Bring forward small-scale test ideas to help the team stay ahead.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of hands-on media buying experience, particularly across the platforms mentioned.
- Direct exposure to at least one major ad platform (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
- Proficient understanding of media metrics (KPIs) and the ability to present relevant data cohesively.
- A comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape, coupled with a forward-thinking approach to new tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Rigorous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
- Confident working with spreadsheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas.
- A proactive learner who is organized and detailed, and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping dealines.
- Passion for the world of Film, TV, and Pop Culture, which will be essential in understanding and targeting our core audiences.

Compensation:
This position has a target annual pay range of $70,000 - $75,000. Compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, and internal equity.
This position has been designated as a hybrid role, generally contributing from our Los Angeles office a minimum of three days per week.
