Homeoffice Growth & Distribution Lead bei Pluralis Research

We’re looking for an operator to own attention and mindshare for Pluralis. The story, team, and tech are outstanding; your job is to make sure they’re seen and understood outside of the niche technical AI researcher community.

High autonomy, a working understanding of ML, strong taste, and a bias for action are essential. We value non-standard backgrounds and work experience for this role. This is an IC role reporting directly to Alexander (Founder).

Responsibilities

• Grow and energize the Pluralis community (Discord, X, events) and manage comms with protocol participants

• Drive consistent distribution of Protocol Learning across press, podcasts, and technical media

• Distill major ML research results for a general audience with clarity and accuracy

• Draft and schedule content for official accounts

• Land high-impact placements in technical venues (press, podcasts, articles)

• Plan and run events and side-events around key conferences; coordinate scientists for outreach

• Build and leverage a strong network with press, podcasters, and influencers

• Contribute to marketing/growth strategy and execute it directly as an IC

Qualifications

• Track record of securing press, podcasts, or other high-impact public artifacts

• Strong writing ability: able to translate dense technical topics into accessible content without hype; convey substance with clarity

• Has built and grown a technical audience before

• Familiarity with ML concepts (e.g. training loss, PyTorch, attention layer)

• Experience successfully supporting founder-led marketing

Preferred

• Exposure to and interest in decentralised tech

• Public artifacts: threads, articles, events, Discords, newsletters, or other shipped audiences

• Strong personal network in press, podcasts, or technical communities—or a strong public profile with evidence of building distribution
