Could you be the full-time EDU Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in managing resources and competencies for engineering activities in TCMS Software, ensuring the application of standard methodologies and tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Verification & Validation Engineers, Train Validation Engineers), foster team development, and ensure delivery excellence, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of workload management and quality assurance, but also continuous improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Setting clear directions and objectives for your team, aligned with organizational goals

  • Providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of teamwork

  • Ensuring the traceability and configuration of tools used by your team

  • Proactively monitoring progress and mitigating risks

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to make informed decisions

  • Driving lessons learned (REX) and continuous improvement efforts


All about you

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle (12+ years)

  • Proven track record of managing teams to achieve QCD KPIs (3+ years)

  • Knowledge of train systems (system analysis, railways)

  • Experience with IEC61131-3 software development or model-based tools like MATLAB/Simulink

  • Familiarity with real-time network protocols (e.g., MVB, CIP, Ethernet, CAN)

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
