As a Recruiting Specialist at SendCutSend, you will help us grow and support our manufacturing teams across multiple locations. You will connect with talented candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a positive experience at every step. You will also work closely with our teams to keep recruiting organized, maintain candidate pipelines, and support ongoing projects that improve how we hire, retain, and engage our people.

What you’ll do
- Write and update job descriptions, source candidates, screen applicants, and maintain our talent community
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand department staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and guide them through the interview process
- Manage candidate information and activity in our applicant tracking system
- Support the internal transfer process, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist with recruiting projects, reporting, and process improvements to make hiring more efficient and effective
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally for labor roles in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with candidates and managers in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Able to work independently while supporting the overall recruiting process
