We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our Finishing Department. The Production Supervisor oversees assigned Department operations. Responsibilities include ensuring productivity, quality, on-time performance, proper staffing, employee development, communication across teams, housekeeping, and safety. Assigned departments such as Folding, Cutting, Attaching, Imaging, Inserting, Die-Cutting and Shrink Wrapping. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Supervise daily production activities to meet productivity, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Monitor job tickets, schedules, and adjust staffing and priorities as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, USPS mailing regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support troubleshooting and hands-on assistance as needed in production areas.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment; experience in printing or direct mail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with production tracking systems a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a focus on continuous improvement and quality.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Hours:

1st shift – 5:30am-2:30pm

2nd shift – 1:30pm to 10:30pm

3rd shift – 9:30pm to 6:30am
