A day in the life: 

As a Quality Engineer Technician at Monster Energy, you'll team up with our dynamic Quality and Validation Engineers to dive into documentation, rock the analysis of both internal and external data, and coordinate electrifying testing sessions. Get ready to crank up the excitement as you assist in crafting epic final reports that keep our high-energy standards roaring!

The impact you'll make:

  • Assist Quality Engineers with tasks related to compliance audits by scheduling and setting up audits in the audit application, reviewing data and analytical reports as applicable, and uploading audit documents into the audit software.
  • Assist Validation Engineers with task related to Installation, Operational, and Performance (IOP) Qualifications including compiling and summarizing validation data, coordinating outside testing as applicable, and executing internal testing as applicable.
  • Assist with Consumer Complaint investigations by evaluating complaint samples and complaint records, performing Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis and basic microbiological analysis when necessary, and coordinating investigations with responsible manufacturing sites.
  • Perform or coordinate product and material testing as needed.
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) where applicable.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, Life Sciences or other related technical degree preferred. Training and experience may be substituted for college degree.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in relevant quality, or manufacturing experience in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in 3rd party test labs and manufacturers
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Must be able to perform with minimal direction, be team-oriented, and willing to work collaboratively. Able to take initiative and have a desire to work in a dynamic work environment with multiple demands.

 

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $28.00 - $38.00 per hour.  The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
