Mfg Assoc Coordinator
Responsibilities:- Create and maintain the weekly frontline production employee work schedule
- Manage the occurrence attendance system and vacation tracking records for the Production department.
- Provide Kronos system support to the Production supervisor/Frontline team.
- Create daily overtime assignments for frontline personnel
- Participate in Safety Committee Meetings, and/or other plant-wide safety initiatives
- Follow all GMP guidelines
- Demonstrate effective communication (both written and verbal), as well as high levels of motivation and leadership
- Maintain a professional approach and appearance for work activities
- Provide support for Production Resource and Upper Management
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing facility
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft teams
