Position Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Architect - Senior Manager ERP Financials

Your role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Financials and expertise in the Oracle Subscription to Billing integration lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of how subscriptions and billing processes connect with core financials, as well as a deep knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Quote-to-Report (QTR) business tracks. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of both designing solutions and performing technical development to ensure seamless end-to-end business process flow.

What you’ll do 

• Oracle Subscription to Billing Integration Leadership: Act as the technical and functional lead for the integration between Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud. Design, configure, and implement the S2B process, ensuring accurate data flow for invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment processing.

• Billing: An Oracle Consultant is responsible for both the functional configuration and technical development of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically focusing on the Accounts Receivable (AR), or other billing-related modules, to meet business requirements in terms of Billing across globe. Key responsibilities include gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, configuring modules, developing custom extensions, testing, and providing end-user support and training within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. They bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, acting as a key interface between functional users and technical development teams.  The resource is expected to communicate effectively and collaborate with the technical team to develop integrations from CPQ to SM and from SM to AR / RMCS areas related to Billing requirements.

• QTR and P2P Expertise: Provide comprehensive techno-functional support for the Quote-to-Report (QTR) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles. Lead business process analysis, requirement gathering, and system configuration for these key financial tracks.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of complex financial solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements. This includes architecting integrations, data conversions, and custom solutions.

• System Configuration and Development: Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Subscription Management. Develop technical components such as reports (BIP, OTBI), integrations using OIC, and custom workflows.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project success. Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and communicate progress and risks effectively.

• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to the Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Work with Oracle Support to address product bugs and provide timely solutions to end-users.

• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials. Conduct training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 15+ years of experience.

• In-depth, hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and its integration with Oracle Financials.

• Expertise in the end-to-end Quote-to-Report (QTR) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AR, AP, and FA.

• Proficiency in Oracle technical tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

• Experience with Groovy Scripting, data migration strategies and tools (e.g., FBDI, ADFDI).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
