SUMMARY The HR Manager serves as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to veterinary hospital leadership, providing expert guidance and partnership on people-related strategies that drive hospital performance and team member engagement. This role works closely with the Regional Director of Operations, Practice Managers, and DVMs to align HR practices with hospital needs and organizational objectives. The HR Manager supports a wide range of HR disciplines—including employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, compliance, and culture—while acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for both team members and leaders. |
