OUR ROLE
We are in search of a talented, passionate and experienced Outlets Manager responsible for coordinating all activities of the assigned outlets and their associates, while ensuring established service standards and procedures are implemented and maintained consistently and at the highest level of service excellence, leading to guest and associate satisfaction.
Key accountabilities include:
Consistently deliver exceptional service to guests and associates, setting a positive example for everyone to follow.
Monitor the performance of the restaurants through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiate corrective action as required.
Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
Develop new programs, which result in an increased level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Suggest and implement revenue generating programs that provide maximum price value to guests and customers.
Teach, implement, and reward associates in utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Ensure associates demonstrate technical skills, conducting training on a regular basis.
Monitor presentation of food product and review areas of concern with the Head Chef, and Sous Chefs.
Ensure that restaurants are clean and ready for customers at all times.
Ensure associates are utilizing upselling techniques while providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize associate productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage in all areas, including the selection of qualified applicants.
Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests.
Maintain and enforce all SOP and service standards.
Participate in committees, focus group meetings and departmental meetings as requested.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper business attire and nametag when working.
Comply at all times with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient practices.
Follow all safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
YOUR STORY
A seasoned professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in a food & beverage leadership role, responsible for more than one outlet.
A post-secondary education in Hospitality or other related discipline.
Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to Safety.
Someone who has solid leadership skills, adept at training, coaching and motivating a team of service professionals.
An exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, with the ability to shift priorities as needed, including handling customer or associate situations that may occur outside of typical work hours.
Able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
Someone with good knowledge in wine, beverages and bartending practices.
Proserve certified.
Physically able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
