Trade Marketing Representative (Boise, ID)
The Trade Marketing Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by executing tailored sales and merchandising programs across retail accounts within a defined territory. This role combines field-based account management, strategic planning, and in-store execution, including product placement, promotional activity, and retailer engagement. It requires frequent travel (25–75%) and includes activities such as analyzing sales data, managing stock and orders, negotiating sell-out agreements, and monitoring market trends
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and customer importance.

Execute marketing programs, negotiate volume agreements, and ensure product placement aligns with planograms.

Provide strategic insights, track competitor activity, and guide retailers on tobacco category management.

Maintain merchandising standards and support with inventory management when needed.

Record and evaluate performance using internal tools like Synergy
Qualifications:

High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)

3+ years of experience in FMCG sales

Strong communication, selling, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synergy is a plus

Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and install signage
