WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Work closely with the active MKPS Kitting Foreman to ensure success for our Install Team
- Train warehouse associates in safe and efficient execution of warehouse receiving and loading functions to improve the hand off to our installation teams
- Plan truck utilization with scheduling team to avoid unnecessary rental of vehicles
- Ensure safe operation & certification of powered industrial trucks and manage fleet with our lease provider for service and repair.
- Monitor fleet DEF fluids and Anti Gel required in cold weather
- Unload product and sort by purchase order
- Build pallets to be rack compliant in size and document final rack position on packing slips
- Pull product for next day loading of fleet
- Safely load vehicles to capacity for installation
- Document & communicate damaged product
- Maintain a clean organized warehouse that sells our capabilities and secure dock area at completion of shift
- Consider trailer deliveries to improve installation efficiency
- Communicate with waste management on efficient replacements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Five to seven years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical strength and stamina required to lift and move furniture, boxes and equipment, often in excess of 50 lbs.

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel & Continua operating system
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 70 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is an hourly rate of $25.00-$29.00/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
