Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time) bei Reid Petroleum

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping a team run smoothly? Reid Petroleum is looking for a Part-Time Inventory Coordinator to join our Operations team! This role is all about making an impact—supporting our Service, Construction and Environmental teams by keeping inventory, shipping, and procurement processes running efficiently.

Shift Start Time: 7AM 

Hours: 30-35 hours per week, potential for full time

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and implement processes for smooth inventory operations 
• Order, receive, allocate, and track parts/supplies 
• Maintain accurate counts and 5S organizational standards in inventory areas 
• Coordinate with service and construction crews regarding parts usage, returns, and allocations 
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing 
• Handle shipping/receiving through UPS and FedEx 
• Provide administrative support to the Service & Construction Manager and Supervisors 
• Represent Reid Petroleum with professionalism and outstanding customer service 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 2+ years of related experience 
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills 
• Effective communicator with excellent customer service skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable with other software 
• Valid NYS driver’s license (meeting company policy) 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift
