Position: Lot Attendant
Location: BMW of Portland
Compensation: $16.30-$20/hour

Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Move, organize, and park vehicles on the lot to maintain a clean and orderly appearance.
- Lot Maintenance: Ensure the lot is clean and presentable, including emptying trash and minor grounds upkeep.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Vehicle Prep: Help prepare vehicles for delivery, including washing, vacuuming, and fueling.
- Team Support: Run errands, shuttle vehicles, and support sales and service departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for keeping the lot organized and presentable.
- Good physical condition able to perform manual labor tasks (walking, bending, pushing/pulling vehicles).
Physical Requirements
- Standing and Walking: Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles.
- Lifting and Pushing: They must be able to lift up to 50lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces.
- Reaching and Bending: Attendants frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features.
- Weather Tolerance: Attendants must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
