Senior Assistant Community Director

Senior Assistant Community Directors (ACDs) at Prime Residential (Prime) are responsible for maximizing property performance, maintaining operational standards, and delivering exceptional resident experiences. Reporting to the Community Director or General Manager, this role blends administrative coordination with on-site leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations, mentoring team members, and taking full operational ownership when required.

Senior ACDs work closely with Prime’s CORE team to manage centralized processes while continuing to provide in-person support for escalated concerns, weekend move-ins, application reviews/approvals, and other onsite needs. At the Senior ACD level, responsibilities expand to include direct oversight of larger, more complex communities (600+ units), greater leadership accountability, and final decision-making authority in several operational areas.

In addition to supervising leasing consultants, front desk staff, and make-ready specialists, Senior ACDs are equally responsible for leasing apartments, ensuring consistent execution, and stepping in for the General Manager during PTO or other absences.

Designation Note: The Senior Assistant Community Director title applies to Prime properties with 600+ units, reflecting the increased operational complexity and leadership scope. It is intended for experienced ACDs or former Community Directors/General Managers of smaller properties.
