Now Hiring: CAE Technician
Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 3rd shift 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $33.50/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair automated systems, PLCs, and robotic devices
- Support and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLC), VFDs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
- Install, test, and calibrate instrumentation (level, temperature, flow)
- Maintain and update electrical schematics and control documentation
- Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, and other automation platforms
- Fabricate, install, and test custom electrical panels and power distribution systems
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance on instruments and equipment
- Ensure proper operation of electrical and automation systems across the site
- Document control logic, calibrations, testing results, and system changes
- Maintain safe practices and comply with electrical safety standards
- Assist with automation upgrades and continuous improvement projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Electrical instrumentation and calibration
- PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, etc.)
- VFDs, motion control systems, and analog/digital circuitry
- Electrical and control system documentation (reading and creating)
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data/charting tools
- Familiarity with tools and equipment such as:
- Digital multimeters (DVOM)
- Calibration tools and hand tools
- Conduit bending and fabrication tools
- Strong math, electronics, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Technical training or certifications in electronics, industrial automation, robotics, or power systems (preferred)
