This is a full-time on-site position located in Toppenish, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!  

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Supervise      and lead a team of material handlers, providing guidance, training, and      performance evaluations.
• Oversee      daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely      processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor      inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes, including cycle      counts and inventory audits.
• Implement      and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all      staff.
• Collaborate      with management to develop and optimize warehouse processes and procedures      for increased efficiency.
• Troubleshoot      and resolve operational issues as they arise, fostering a proactive      problem-solving culture.
• Maintain      accurate records of shipments, inventory, and employee performance.
• Ensure      compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate      effectively with internal departments, vendors, and carriers to facilitate      smooth operations.

Experience & Requirements

• Bilingual English      & Spanish required. 
• 2+      years experience in a leadership role. 
• Forklift      certification required.
• Proven      experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory      role.
• Strong      understanding of shipping and receiving processes, inventory management,      and safety standards.
• Excellent      leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability      to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency      in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
