We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our team, uphold service excellence, and ensure unforgettable guest experiences.


? What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily service excellence—coaching the team, supporting the Director of Food & Beverage, and creating a culture of hospitality. You’ll supervise front-of-house operations at Atlantic’s Edge and assist with special events and resort-wide dining functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and guest service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver polished, friendly service with every guest interaction

  • Monitor quality, cleanliness, and food presentation, ensuring compliance with Cheeca and Health Department standards

  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve concerns quickly

  • Support scheduling, coaching, and performance conversations

  • Coordinate with the culinary and events team to execute memorable dining and private events

  • Uphold financial controls, monitor inventory, and assist with labor management

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including at least 1 year in a luxury resort or fine-dining environment

  • Strong food and beverage knowledge

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills

  • Basic computer and POS system skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management

  • Spanish fluency

  • Working knowledge of Excel or inventory systems

  • Experience supervising large-scale resort or event service
