Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with some experience in graphic design.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations or product management, with a focus on assembly instruction sheet production and distribution.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a track record of successfully managing a growing team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work in the Greater Cincinnati area.
• Experience managing assembly instruction sheets in support of our largest clients.
