Role Overview
Advanced field technician with consultative responsibilities
Supports installation, repair, networking, and workflow optimization
Leads technical problem-solving and mentors peers
Daily travel across customer sites; occasional overnight stays
Physical demands include lifting (up to 50 lbs), ladder work, and floor-level servicing
Must-Haves
Valid driver’s license + auto insurance
High school diploma; technical coursework or certifications preferred
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and time management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, mobile tech, and basic networking
Nice-to-Have
Experience in field service, electronics, or IT support
Ability to train users and identify workflow improvements
Professional demeanor in high-pressure or conflict situations
Field Specialist I – Advanced Technical Support Ricoh is hiring a tech-forward problem solver to join our field service team. You’ll work independently to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ricoh products while providing strategic support to customers across multiple locations.
