Manager of Systems

The Manager of Systems plays a critical role in ensuring our organization’s operational backbone runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This position oversees systems administration, OPSEC practices, and program support, building the infrastructure that allows our teams to operate with speed, accuracy, and security.

You’ll manage core platforms like Tekmetric, SSOs, and SharePoint, maintain vendor access and pricing systems, develop and refine processes, and serve as the first line of defense in cybersecurity and information protection. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to translate complex systems into streamlined, user-friendly solutions for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration
• Manage and optimize Tekmetric setup and integrations.
• Oversee SharePoint structure, access, and usage to ensure collaboration and compliance.
• Maintain vendor portals and ensure accurate pricing access across platforms.
• Cybersecurity & OPSEC
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational and customer data.
• Drive OPSEC awareness, training, and compliance across the team.
• Partner with leadership to ensure risk assessments and incident response plans are in place and up to date.
• Process Development & Program Support
• Design, document, and implement systems processes that improve efficiency and reduce friction.
• Provide technical and operational support for ongoing programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate new tools, vendors, and technologies to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, IT management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of OPSEC and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Tekmetric and SharePoint preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop scalable processes.
• Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical knowledge with end-user needs.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, pricing systems, and software tools.
