We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Solutions Delivery Architect to join our Corporate Technology Team. This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise with strategic project leadership, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of complex integration and corporate systems initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to modernize legacy systems, enable seamless data flow, and support business-critical operations.
This position will offer a Hybrid work schedule from either of our offices in El Segundo, CA or Dallas, Texas.
What will you do:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for corporate systems and integration projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Architect and implement integration solutions across internal platforms, SaaS applications, and third-party systems.
- Own and evolve integration architecture including API management, data flow design, and vendor service evaluation.
- Provide technical thought leadership and collaborate with SMEs, application owners, and senior development teams.
- Manage external-facing APIs for partners, mobile apps, and third-party services ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Drive Agile project execution including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
- Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) in all integration efforts.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Maintain transparency with teams and stakeholders through progress reports and presentations.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP) and EPM at Techno Functional capacity.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management and systems integration.
- 5+ years of experience leading global teams in an onshore/offshore model.
- Strong experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong experience with system integration technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, APIs.
- Hands-on experience delivering complex customizations using Oracle VBS/VBCS.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, T-SQL/PL-SQL, and integration tools such as OIC and AWS services.
- Proficiency in programming languages including .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with SaaS integration patterns and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with SailPoint, SAP FieldGlass, and other third-party SaaS platforms.
- RPA/AI certifications and experience with tools like Power Automate and Oracle AI Agent Studio.
- Functional knowledge of financial compliance frameworks and audit processes.
- Experience managing corporate intranet and SharePoint administration.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and GIT.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $141,000- $194,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations
