Multiple Onsite Positions Available at NASA Centers

HX5 is currently seeking multiple individuals to administer our NASA Internship Program in support of the GEARS contract. Position locations are at various NASA Centers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities will include providing a multitude of services in support of a quality, hands-on experiential learning opportunity offering talented students from a broad cross-section of academic institutions exposure to NASA. NASA Internship opportunities are available in the spring, summer, and fall.

•  Canvas Learning Management System
•  NASA's Identity and Access Management System (IdMAX)
•  Adobe Acrobat
• Virtual Collaboration Tools

• Data collection, entry, and analysis
• Critical thinking and program management
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• High capacity for self-directed work
• Strong analytical, organization, and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills including the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide proactive communication
• Knowledge of budgets and money management
• Event planning and logistics
• Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Center leadership, Enterprise leadership, interns, mentors, and external organizations 

Education and Experience:

• Education and experience requirements will vary based on the specific requirements of the various available positions.

Other Position Requirements: 

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.

• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
