Common and Baseline Responsibilities for a Strategist II:
- Uses enhanced knowledge of project complexity to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Prepares materials for client presentations.
- Assists in developing conceptual design strategies and design criteria to empower and challenge our integrated design teams on their solutions.
- Gains knowledge of interior design phases from pre-design through construction.
- Collaborates with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
- Develops and facilitates data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation.
- Objectively manages and analyzes collected data through processes such as dashboards and visualizations.
- Prepares and supports change management documentation.
- Gains knowledge of workplace trends and practices.
- Uses a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects, within the scope of schedule and budget, in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
